That was an exceptional book that does an excellent job simplifying an incredibly complex concept.

Paul A. that seems about right, though without seeing exactly what you have going on, it will be tough for me (or anyone) to do anything but give you wide ballpark estimates.When did you place the triplex into service?

Are they strictly a local bank, or regional, or state wide?  

Larger areas I wouldn't  recommend using this methodIf structural, I would have to know exactly where and how wide of and amount of damage in question.
