This time in the world is actually deeply motivating me to start investing and networking to create more of an affordable market for locals here in Hawaii... which mind you will bring lots of road blocks as unions start putting their hands out for a piece of the profits!

What do you think your biggest road block is to get going?

While many people describe me as a "hustler" and I self-identified as one for years, now I get the shivers when I hear the word. 

Long term goals would be to create a property management company, but that's a few years and a few more deals down the road.  

We are trying to acquiring 22 acres land located near Thonotosassa lake area near Mango Road. 

Simply because that's where the IRS has identified the most abuse of the tax code.

I have a strong W2 income but few investments that will benefit our family when retirement happens; let's call that 10-15 years down the road. 

Need land surveyor to survey 20 acres property near Mango road, Thonotosassa  Please suggest someone who would provide good service with reasonable price.Thanks

Did you identify a property first, and then contact a realtor, or vice versa? 

Eventually you could consider borrowing against the equity in this property to acquire more properties down the road.I live in the Metrowest area (Natick) so down the road (after speaking with a bank) if you need help looking for properties let me know.
