A gas station location can have high VPD numbers, but if it is on the exit path from a freeway (as in, on the side of the road leading away from the freeway) it will do much worse than if it is ON THE WAY to the freeway.2. 

Any pointers on how should I run numbers to compare two cases.Case 1:  Rent home A, Buy Home B @7.5%, with potential refinance at 3.5-4% ( ifff thats feasible ) after 2 years, once the rates are down. ( i know high hopes , but I dont think 7.5% is the new normal ).Case 2: Sell the home, get equity out, pay the whole equity ( dont know if thats wise ) towards downpayment of home B, reducing loan amount to approx 320k. 

BTW, there are plenty of areas here in Atlanta that are still seeing high demand and appreciation, despite rates and inflation.

Neighbor puts up a nest cam on his high back fence pointing right over into our back yard where the pool is. 

This also allows for a newer investor to network, partner, and build relationships with lenders early on, so they are not stuck trying to find lending options that will consistently throw them high interest rates and higher origination fees. 

Wasn’t sure if the flat rate would be on the high or low end honestly :) 

Recently, I've encountered startups and companies offering quick EMD financing at high interest rates (around 3-5% per month).

The fees will be high though. 

- Problem with compass is I believe they're too much investing into tech while it doesn't necessarily translate to bigger productivity and sales- The EXP model is actually significant changes where it tries to democratize the revenue by sharing it among team and leads- I would like to say the Exp is offering new business model in RE agency, while other agency is more like traditional where individualism performance is the key ; Same concept in used car you have regular used car dealership and you have car max which offer no haggle price.
