Thanks for the info - this may be worth looking into - of course we will have to brown bag it if we go with a venue like this -but what's important is the content of the meetup,  so with enough people, and enough quality content - I don't think too many Deal Seekers will care if there is food or not - I already have had some members mention that they are not interested in paying for expensive lunches just to sit in on the meeting so it is something to take into consideration.

Here in Oregon a 1,500 sf house runs about $2500-3500 to paint two colors on the exterior, depending on the height of the walls and how many stories?  

Tobin Hill, Dignowity, Alamo Heights, etc, are definitely a lot higher.
