The law firm that has been doing my settlements has been good to me, but I think they dropped the ball on this and I should recoup some of these costs on account of their lack of due diligence.

The first company to do this in Texas is affiliated with a law firm.  

I mean $950 to tear out cabinets and haul away...

I was so leary of this I spent 2k on an opinion paper from a top law firm in MS to make sure I was able to do this.. once I realized I was I bought about 2.5 million worth in 24 months.

You may someday have to decrease your rents, and then again, thinking positively, raise rents.So I would just relax, make your tenants happy, but also staying firm when needed, take care of repairs when needed, and keep your eye on your Profit and Loss Reports by class and you will know when to make changes.  

Once you have that, the corporation receives a broker's license from the real estate commission.Your corporation becomes a brokerage firm itself, so there are no splits.

My goal is to become a stockbroker and invest in foreclosed houses here in vegas and flip them for profit and soon after open up my own real estate firm But what I need right now is guidance from anybody just some advice•I just wanna know are my current plans good.

Have to pay a law firm every couple years to contest them so they don't get out of control.
