If you are going to do letters make sure it is on a small envelope hand written & stamped with a stamp, not with metered postage.

The condition of the carpet wasnt so great before..very worn down. and what was i thinking..well actually my dog is fully potty trained...but my husband wanted a puppy..after i said no its a pain in the A$$ to train them and theyre too much work..hah he said oh no ill train him...well a year later hes finally trained..not because of my husband lol. anyways its cheap carpet and wasnt in great condition before...it had definatly been professionally cleaned before hand but with a oil based soap because a few staines came up as we lived there.

So you owe the rest of the current month and all the next month.You need to check your lease, because the terms may be different, as you agreed to by signing your lease.If your rent is due on the first, be sure that notice is in the landlord's hand on the first (not in the mail on the first, it doesn't start the countdown until it is in the landlord's hand, and if he doesn't get it until the 4th, you owe all that month and all the next month.

I think a (potential) tenant might have a prima facie case for racial discrimniation (not sure why someone hasn't sued the insurance companies for this) based solely on the lower scores often handed to minorities.I personally would never do it.all cash
