After reading all the constructive, helpful comments and processing the frustration of working through everything, I decided to figure this out once and for all.

In my opinion, it's easy to have a job even when it frustrates you.

For over 40 years judges and courts have been frustrated by the power of the FAPT, but they even admit their is nothing they can do about it. 

It is frustrating and painful at the time.

In addition, the more expensive properties (with the sewer upgrade completed) are infeasible because the low rents frustrate cash flow. 

While it is frustrating when others don't think the same way we do, or understand the business side of this for us as landlords, we should at least recognize that she has done nothing but agree with everyone's statements that she owes and needs to pay, no need to beat a dead horse.

We realized the time/frustration/quality of work made it sooo worth it to use professionals!

@Tim Johnson these cases are so frustrating because I'm sure the inspector knew you were going to take the plywood off right after inspection but they still had to see it like that just to check a box.

My accountant seemed very frustrated with me and asked more about Anderson and what training I was going through.
