But this review stuck out to me, posted just a day ago:Jane Pritchard - “I’ve been a member with Moore for a while and I’ve gotten so I’m hesitant to have them come and do the free maintenance check because I’m left with not really knowing if there are really these monumental problems brewing with my furnace and/or AC or if they are just very well trained salesmen out to create more business.

I believe if you try to sell a house that is built before 1978 you have to provide a led based amendment saying that you are aware or not that the house is lead free.
