I would love to know how those of you who have invested in multi units in the twin cities have hit your Cash on Cash ROI & cash flow goals, given that the properties I've found on the MLS have multiple offers and seem to be flying off the market at or above asking price.  

I would love to connect with you and find out your goals and maybe offer some guidance and tell you about some of the mistakes that I have made so that way you don't make them and lose money like I did.

Instead of paying off the loan in 5 years, set a goal to pay it off in 2.5 years.   

I drew drawings and had trouble seeing how things fit, so I hired an architect.

Cathy,Experts will tell you that the goal is to find properties you can improve and move up to match the higher quality area.  

I think REI is the best path for me to take to increase my capital with passive income and short term goals, Long term investing is not something I want to start out with.

I can’t even begin to fit them all into the “Freehabbing” course I give on commercial development.

Her goal in all of this should be to keep the unit clean and presentable to potential applicants.Gail
