If appreciation slows, chance are rents will stay firm.

I firmly believe the only reason I was able to secure tenants in there in the first place was that they were a retired couple who rented sight-unseen from Michigan.

Since iv been wiling to grow and learn and listen, my mentor has responded to me.At my Job their is high expectations for performance.What I did was get an assistant job with a commercial Real estate firm before I got my license.

I have and internship with an accounting firm for this winter so ideally when I graduate I will have a nice 9-5 income to invest with.

As a new investor, I also took the liberty of researching this firm and read less than favorable reviews for this organization.

I suggest you contact the firm that put together the LLC for you and seek support from them.  

I would say that generally; getting your license will allow you to plant your feet in the real estate profession much more firmly out of the gate.
