Many chat utilities will do one, or several of the following:1) order your list of colleagues such that those who are online are at the top of the list; those who are idle are next, followed by "do not disturb" and "offline".2) The background colour and/or text colour used to display a colleague changes depending on their status: e.g. grey - for offline; green - for active; red - for do not disturb; orange - for away, etc.

So they let the ants do the heavy lifting and grunt work to find the deal while they are on the beach somewhere watching the waves roll in.I do not know anything about this particular promoter and I am just speaking in general.I did see on Facebook tons of these in Atlanta.

So what you are saying is that the county will make it super costly to remove the citations, restore occupancy status, require inspections and charge for them, etc.
