hello everyone,Are there any mortgage brokers who have expertise and experience with FHA loans to borrowers that will be owner occupants on 2-4 unit properties and are licensed to loan in Hawaii?

BTW, I'm not a newbie screaming caution - Google me or connect on LinkedIn and you'll see that I'm coming from a place of top professionalism and expertise. 

The one big advantage in RE which I really like that I can't think of an equivalent for in stocks is being able to use expertise to carve out a niche such as being good at marketing and finding deals, or being good at fixing properties in order to force appreciation by putting sweat equity into a property, etc.

I personally have no expertise with CRE, however I do have partners who were to handle the construction / financial aspects of the development while I was going to manage the property and also move a small business that I own and operate into one of the building's several retail spaces.My partners have since decided that they are no longer interested in taking on the task of rehabbing the property, and I am currently pursuing buying them out and doing a pared down renovation of the property on my own.

I think it will be easier to manage a single property and it will cash flow more than a sfh When you look for a realtor do you look for someone with expertise in investment properties?
