I read this morning that the Fed signals bond buying taper coming "soon" and interest rates rising between now and 2024.Does anyone have any thoughts on if this will effect the housing market, mortgages & borrowing?

Also, I noticed a little red flag that may effect future profit?

I talked to my property manager who has been in the business for 20 years and there was one property that he had difficulty effectively pricing.

An interesting side effect of that 3 years later is that we had a lot of homes that had a lot of appreciation.  

My suggestion would be to, instead of beating your head against that "below market" wall in hot markets, find a creative strategy that boosts effective income generation.

Then we hand pick a few people to send mailers to.Door knocking can be effective especially if you have something of value to discuss i.e. a recently sold, Under Contract or recently listed property nearby. 

Then we effectively double the # of conventional loans allowed. 3.

Hello,I had a tenant last winter and the heat in his unit was supplemented by the unit above him.It gets really cold down there in winter but he chose not to have free heat and sealed the vents tightly with an aluminum foil without  letting me know , I could have easily adjusted the thermostat to lower  per his needs if he had told me and supplemented my apartment above with any additional heat but he chose to seal without letting me know inspite of my warning later on and obviously it can have detrimental effect on the tubing inside the walls due to excess pressure build up.He also complained about high electricity Bill's (obviously he would incur high utility bills when he turns on his electric radiator without using the free heat he was getting) I ended up having an oversight from my end as I did not verify if sealing vent caused any damage . 

This Bill will effectively kill my ability to grow a retirement account that I can retire and live on.

This may sound broad, but I study every factor/variable that may have an effect on my investment strategy and specific target market.
