I have ton of drive but just need a little sense of direction. 

I've had listings where one buyer gets freaked out or wants to drive down price about little stuff so they go find what seems like the most expensive bids on the face of the earth.

Spend some time driving or better yet walking those neighborhoods meeting people, asking if there are any houses in the area for sale, and just learning about the areas in your market.

We were going to put in an offer but on the drive back to FWB, started debating the impending ordeal of dealing with summer traffic to turn over the property (at that point, we were going to manage it ourselves).

House is within walking distance to the zoo and local garden, a 5 minute drive to downtown stadium, bars, university and event arena.

The only real issue is keeping the drive and sidewalks clear for the showings and cleaning up after.

And this is the reason SO many of you fail at wholesaling, You listen to ridiculous advise on how to wholesaling instead you need to figure out motivated seller lead generation.DMM, Cold calling, Driving for dollars, Lists, bandit signs... if you are doing this... chances are you will never make it.Seriously...how EASY would wholesaling be for you if this was your inbox:- when all your leads are 100% freewhen all your leads are 100% motivatedwhen all your leads are 100% hands-off.Don't you agree it would be child's play to make millions?

lol  They show up for work, they aren't hung over, they have ethic/drive.... or at least all more likely to.
