Hello, Are you thinking about taking out a home loan to purchase the home of your dreams?

My suggestion is learn the business first before the ultimate dream owning a brokerage. 

is this a pipe dream to think i would be able to buy in a "conventional" setting, and then convert refi out in commercial?

If the masses hesitate and delay purchase of that dream getaway I would think it may put some temporary downward pressure on sales and create some buying opportunity.

After 5 years, 2 babies, marriage and a career change We FINALLY put in an offer on a 3/2 townhouse steps from the stadium at my alma matar.It feels amazingly terrifying to finally take the first steps towards making this dream a reality.Wish us luck!

My partner though has dreamed of doing a full rehab/flip...I am a little worried about the risks.Thanks in advance for any wisdom you have to share.
