They need a tailor, mechanic, grocer, fast food restaurants, malls, etc...

Where operable windows are required or desired, casement/awning are your best design, followed by tilt-n-turn, then your single/double hung and, bringing up the rear, your horizontal slider.Finally, it also pays to "tune" your windows to your location and the exposure where they will be installed.

Since this is a crawl space house, there is obviously at least one access point where they can get in...likely the one designed for a human to use.  

The reason being is that in a properly build system, these are the only areas that hold water by design.  

It's not working (maybe it wasn't designed to).

Obviously this property is good cash flow right now, mechanical are solid and updated, roof is the worst will need repair within 2 years.

also know history on mechanicals roof, AC etc.
