I had 11 of these and good systems in place but still had 1-2 evictions a year and 3-4 big things that were normal annoyances like plumbing leaks, damages from hurricanes, or some vandalism.

Since you been around the block a few times and plan on making a few more rounds, would you be willing to make a generalization on how you approach homeowners as oppose to investors?

@Sharon Hsu, Like other's have said, managing furnished rentals can come with issues over damage, future ownership ETC.
