Google. the other dimensional lumber that is a profit generator for the Mills.. is the ones label Hemfir  that's Hemlock that they try to pass off as fir.. and they can buy those logs for almost half of what true D fir costs.. white fir or piss fir is about 30% or more less valuable as logs.. so the mills make out pretty good when they pass that stuff off as D Fir.

They stand by their product and they offer good customer service.Now to Than Merrill and Fortune Builders  . . do they offer a good product - well as of today i could not tell you, at one time , Than spoke at local REIA's and sold a great home study and offered a great bootcamp.

The only think negative I can say about Buildium is that their customer service department must be a pretty toxic environment: They are defensive and for the most part start with the premise that the customer must be doing something wrong.
