Board of directors are often difficult to deal with, and don't always have your interest at heart.

I cannot stand folk who do this and who are able to get over on a lot of kind-hearted investors looking to learn. 

Quad #2 is two blocks from the sheriff's office in the heart of a rural town, is a newer building that also has great curb appeal (though with fewer updates), and is in the middle of a community that sadly is currently battling a heroin epidemic.

Whatever you choose, I would choose something that doesn't involve personal contact because that's when they are most likely to hit you up with stories about Grandma's heart operation or that someone stole their debit card.

Unless you think your buying it at such a screaming deal that anything could come up and your OK.. but the wholesale deals i see are razor thin for the end user. and the wholesaler ( bless their hearts) make a fee with no down side risk other than what they have spent on marketing..
