I think some of the lead generation content and wholesale courses our there could be worth it for the sake of consolidated information, systems to help you succeed, and probably most important would be the accountability a coach offers.

I was contacted by a real estate coaching company and they told me I’d been selected to “apply” for their coaching program.

As a newer investor it's crucial to have a mentor/coach that you can lean on, and help you navigate thru this business.

If you want to speed up the process, I would find a coach to help you shorten your learning curve to get you there quicker and with less mistakesGino

(FYI the reason why I get on the forums like this is bc it gives me good practice for my clients out here in LA :) and eventually 10 years from now I would like to just coach people doing this type of work). 

Coaching is expensive but can make you very wealthy.

We also have free group coaching calls each month and a private forum that I stay regularly involved with, so if you do get stuck, you can get help from me or others in the community.Hope that helps!
