They are out there in every city/town, you just have to market to them to find them. 

For SFH New Tampa is good if you're looking for newer builds, I also recommend Carrollwood and Citrus Park for SFH as well as the others I stated.

The stats state that about 78% of people now have pets, and that number is likely increasing due to covid and more people working from home.
