I use zelle through chase and it is connected with my business account.

I recently started using Chase Quickpay, which is very nice.

While we do accept section 8 none of our tenants are on it (we did have one before but they moved)  A lot of tenants do not have checking accounts and pay in cash, we do have late payments or partial payments every month and my PM needs to chase them around.  

I do agree that a nexus for a lawsuit is an issue IF there is sizable equity to chase after.

The reason for this is that it will make payment more reliable as there has been postal issues in the past.I suggested opening a Chase account as they own my mortgage as they accept photo images of checks which should streamline the process but he is resisting that and has indicated that if I don't do it his way, he will have to raise his fees.I can't help but feel uncomfortable with an arrangement where the property manager wants to deposit all of the rent money into his account as it takes a lot of control away from me and I have a mortgage to pay.

They have been in the game long enough to know that chasing somebody without money is a wasted effort.   

@Abraham Hodroj When you start chasing after obituary leads you're way early to the game.

Anybody with a Chase account can send money to anybody else with a Chase account.

One guy I know chased these for one county in the mountains for a while.
