I know it was not brought up and I do invest in SFR and multi fam but condos can be a great score for long term hold also.

For all other animals, our lease dictates our permission must be obtain prior to the animal being brought on to the property. 

@Jason Gines  right, since the lease specifically said ACH he should have brought it up at that point if it was a problem.
