Maybe they are available at the local building department for public view, but I have never seen them online.The moral is: in some markets, the price to acquire is more than replacement cost, or cost to build new.  

So moral of the story is, don't just assume that because the amount owing is higher than the property is worth that the bank will not be discounting the note at auction.Also, VERY IMPORTANT: understand the risks of buying at auction.

You most certainly have to gain confidence, a little boost in self-esteem would help....

Moral of the story, for an unknown third party seller you may want an attorney to review the contract to make sure you have protections.    

But I do not think it will return enough to give me an incredibly substantial income boost.
