The mentality is generally a bit different in a positive manner for a single family tenant.

Boost the post for like $200 for the first time for a week or two and see what kind of response you get.

I'd prefer that over emotionally miscalculating, and then potentially having horrid tenants occupying my mental space at night.

This is so that we are all on the same page and we are all protected from such mentalities.  

On one hand, it would be nice to have her there, no move out, cleanup, showings for prospective renters, etc. and on the other, it may be nice to get someone else in there that is more "stable" mentally.....any thoughts, suggestions?

The market always slows during the holidays, but we will have to see if we get the after holiday boost.

I feel very blessed because I actually do enjoy the mental rewards of my career.

Too many rookies and newbies take license to harpoon companies and really have no clue of what they are saying .. then you get the herd mentality and 30 other folks chime in when they of course have no clue either..

It keeps you out of the appliance business and may boost the rents depending on the area.
