Take my sister as an example, she isn't a nurse, but makes a salary of $45,000 plus bonuses which is almost on par (at least in my state) with how much a nurse would make which would be about $52,000 a year instead.

I always offer a Realtor bonus for a full price offer and we don't mind giving seller contributions if we get a good offer.
