@Justin JonesHi Justin,I do not recall how much it would be for two, that was a long time ago lol.....however my grocery bill for a family of 5 (my kids are all under 8 but they eat like teenagers), is regularly $500-600 a month. 85% or greater of our meals is home cooked.

Also they may be sympathetic to the tenant and not allow you to throw them on the street with no where to go.We as landlords are not in a good position.If you do get a court date tell the judge about your bills pilling up and how you can't pay the mortgage and that this may cause irrevocable harm when you get foreclosed on or owe extra fees and penalties at best.

Many of us are in high tax states where the monthly property tax bill can be a high percentage of the rent, especially on a single family home.Has anybody heard of property tax forgiveness if tenants don't pay and cannot be evicted because of no eviction orders?

Even put up a fake camera.Also, you can get a dump truck to come for maybe $250 once a week to pick it all up and haul it off, split the bill and add it to all the tenants until it stops.
