Running the business is much more management intensive.With the economy coming back and new business starts up more people are traveling again.Yes, but I think despite the hit that hotels take during a recession, a hotel might be preferable to an apartment complex.

If we have an applicant that falls a little bit short, but we think they'll make a good tenant we prefer to take additional deposit.When you take additional prepaid rent that gets used up during their tendency while the additional deposit stays until they move out.Often times when the tenants pay the additional deposit you want to make sure they get that money back when they leave and them more incentive to leave the property in good condition.Kevin

@Lexi ColtI would give them that info but I don't know what month/year they are saying I didn't pay rent...and I lived there 9 years so I'd prefer not to dig up all those bank statements until the one month is identified.

laminate has been popular for two decades brcause it is clean and tough, just look for laminate that passes for wood it looks so goodGlass is natural, beautiful, eay to clean and reflective...and will be used in different sizes, colors, shapes and paired with other materials for some time to comeGranite or any stone is classic...but as tastes change the preference for colors of granite will change...and yes it will take a backseat to other fresher ideas in countertopsWood ceramic tile will probably last like travertine porcelain tile because they imitate nature...but as tastes change the underlying hues change...goldenish tones giving way to grayish, I think "looks" will date a decor more than individual choices.
