I think of the first one as being "all wood" but not as durable, though less expensive, the second as more expensive but worth it due to the durability and imperviousness to water, and the third as saving about $1,500 now but not being "all wood" and not having the durability of either wood choice.

And if they have a choice between an additional 5k to 10k versus a more likely close, they might just take the more likely close.Those would be the two things I would give consideration to pricing history.That and maybe when I see sellers doing price discounts of 1k or so, then I tend not to bother.

The name can be anything, but check the SOS website for your state prior to filing to ensure it's available by Googling "{state} public entity search" and searching for your top choices to see if they're already taken.
