Maintaining 100 roofs isn't that efficient and 100 other things to consider especially when you are scattered across town and the US.One area you might not have considered is mobile home parks.

Can buyer rent the property while seller financing in effect and does the buyer need seller approval due or even share the rent to seller still own the property per se? 

I mostly invest in mobile homes which are usually on the border Bexar county and drive atleast 30 minutes to find my deals. 

Now does anyone here own Mobile Home Parks that would be willing to answer a few questions  Looking for recommendations for a institutional first lender for a MHP.

Bill,With a REO (as with almost all listed properties) you'll have to show proof of funds if it's an all cash offer, or a pre-approval letter from a lender if you intend to use financing. 

I have been staring at Zillow all day looking for something that doesn't seem to exist as far as a moderately priced multi/single starter property in good shape(heh), have spoken with a couple lenders for pre-approval and had agents circling my house waiting for me to come outside.....hehe.I decided to take a look at a property tomorrow(single family) but nothing serious yet being as I am very new to this.

About 10 ears ago, he was given a preliminary approval for subdividing into 5 2 acre parcels with a shared right of way.
