It's just that you're limited to ONE AT A TIME, meaning that if/when you move, you can apply again, after transitioning your original FHA-approved Loan into a conventional Loan.

So as an investor, am I able to negotiate down the 2nd with that lender, before I purchase the property directly from the owner?

@Michael Nyszczot I'm using direct mail campaigns, small niche mailing lists, craigslist ads, facebook ads, bandit signs, and occasionally driving for dollars.

ps there are no reas where im from to connect with othrs in the biz and connections ive tried to make noone doing this wants to divulge their connections for me or point me in the right direction of people they use...help please
