It has a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment with 2 nice sized rooms for an office and/or dining room.

I have set up a new lease agreement, arranged payment via Cozy and lined up local contacts for a handyperson, HVAC, plumbing, elec etc. but I am curious as to how to find services to go out and do quarterly/ biannual interior inspections and/or key turn over.

I wanted property manager since I thought he/she will operate the property during permit inspection, ongoing maintenance, rent collection, finding tenants & oversee property follow local rules and laws (as I'm out of state investor).But now I understand I've set the bar too high.

Here are a few methods that I know of to find these potential deals:- Go to a site and find apartments that have vacant units.

I currently own my apartment (co-op).

The final payment should be contingent upon final inspection (code compliance) and a final walk-thru.

For example, a 2/1 apartment in a small multifamily may rent for $750 in 2018. 

I am also a part time college professor (I share this because I heard there might be a first time home loan available for teachers as well, but I couldn't find any information online).
