We are in California.He just passed away today, so I'm beginning the process of transferring assets from his trust to my accounts (which is what the trust says I should do, since I am also successor trustee on that trust), once I get death certificates in hand. 

I'm paying off as many as possible using real estate as a savings account.  

Im a 19 year old from Miami working a part time and studying an accountant major in college.

I own multiple business using a series LLC for my real eatate business, an LLC field as an S Corp from another business and I have one from a prior business just as a regular LLC (I really should close this one but it costs nothing in our state to keep it open other than the time filing the annual paperwork).

This post is me putting myself out there in an effort to hold myself accountable towards my aspirations.

My question is that although we have an LLC and all bills are paid out of a joint account, the mortgage is still only in one of the partner’s name.

On my profile page, I get the message "It looks like you have a company associated to your account.

For example, reduce my ROI goals slightly to account for a higher offer to be made.On one hand, I just keep making offers with the numbers that work for me and eventually I'll get a bite.  

I got the project done and refinanced (instead of sold) and gave them their money back in 5 months. 10% return in 5 months is 24% annual rate of return for my investor, needless to say,  they were pretty stoked. 

I have clients purchase with HELOC or margin accounts all the time.
