It seems like one of those things that, essentially, should be somewhat universal.  

I have been attending American Military University for the past 6 months and I haven't figured out what I wanted to get my degree in.

We still have both hospitals which employ a ton of people as well as Bradley University and the medical / nursing students so I think rental market is still good.I buy distressed properties and put in sweat equity to bring them up to par.

My target area is Essex county Newark, NJ (University Heights) to be exact. 

Looking for my first buy and hold rental in the neighboring communities around South Alabama University in Mobile, Alabama.

I'm currently being very selective about the investments I enter.Also the abandoning of the accredited investor model by Fundrise and perhaps a second site as well. 

I also have an MBA from the University of Chicago.

I have since found myself based in Berlin, Germany, and I am currently investigating my options for further study here, as I have not yet attended university, and if I do begin studying here it will be in Economics and Finance.
