What Christine was able to do was to work with the investor on the buy side to not only identify properties for purchase, but review properties that were presented by wholesalers in order to ensure that the investor’s minimum return was likely.

They also had something like 30 pages of exclusions... they were actually a good title company from what my attorney said, but again it took us reviewing multiple times for them to get things correct.

Now that I need to cover my new real estate venture, what's the best way to get a comprehensive insurance review from a single agent that can cover all of this in a comprehensive plan? 

Like mentioned above, look up a few agents and check out reviews (Zillow, Facebook pages, etc.).

If there is a tenant in place,  then first thing (after introductions) is to review the rental agreement and make sure everything is on the up and up.
