It's a 3/2, granite counters, wood floors, tile kitchen and bathrooms.

Drain tiled the basement, new appliances, new kitchen flooring, new basement carpeting, upgrades to plumbing system and gas appliance lines, buff and coated hardwood floors.

We gutted the kitchen and bathroom, brand new cabinetry, quartz countertops, replaced the washer / dryer, all new appliances, new flooring throughout the entire unit, and fresh coat of primer & paint on everything.
