Eric Smith Flips - to use a GC or not to use a GC??

Before this, I’ve done six fix and rents in Providence acting as my own GC.I can’t imagine doing my project without a GC, unless I was paying a handyman or a real estate agent every time to go meet a vendor there.

Honestly, from the pictures I am unsure where the 16k is going.The ARV also seemed a bit tricky, but honest, some of the quick sales in the area were across the street on a golf course that I imagine would inflate the price of that sale.

I imagine Airbnb (the company) has their own wifi.Wifi router just takes the incoming internet signal from a modem (cable or otherwise) unless you have a combo unit.If you have a hardwired incoming internet cable then you can use almost any wifi device.
