Hi - I’m relatively new to the real estate game and am just starting to read multiple books involving this topic.I noticed a house being cleaned up two weeks ago, talked to maintenance people, and was in the right place at the right time to talk to the owner.

As an example if your house was going to sell in two weeks for full price, and some random person came up to you and said I really want this house but I need six weeks to get you the money.

I’ve moved property from my personal name to an LLP and the title company said the insurance is still good as long as the original purchasers are primary owners of the LLP.

The only way to get a standard conventional loan is with US credit, US tax returns etc...Unless you hold funds in a US Bank already and they gave you an in house loan or private loan based on assets.

I've never been the landlord for a commercial property but have leased commercial property before - I leased through a commercial real estate agent who was acting as a leasing agent for the property owner, and the property owner was the one who collected my rent and is who I made repair requests to so personally haven't dealt with a Commercial PM before but will continue to follow this thread to learn more!

@Stuart Udis yes the houses are in areas I expect values to go up significantly, with positive population and job growth
