Anybody in the Bay Area?

Given how many people are migrating here from Southern California and the Bay Area, do you think this is a sign for their markets having issues as well?  

Seeking help to find and join clubs or meetups to see local people and learn about their experience in person.It’s surprisingly very hard to find them in east bay area.

Island Prime is a little farther north, closer to airport but has an amazing view of the bay, book a time near sunset and enjoy dinner and a show (by mother nature).  

Currently going through the purchasing of a home and wanted to ask if anyone had any investor friendly contractors in the Bay Area that are great at what they do.

Bay area investor here with real estate professional experience and capital, looking for opportunities to collaborate with local investors in the Cleveland and surrounding area.Flying in early next week 8/1-8/2, and would love to learn more about the specific markets, and explore opportunities.
