What I mean is how did you go from being on top of the world 2 years ago with $800k in the bank and having deals "spoon fed sweatness" thrown at you to where you are now begging to drive across the country to be little more than a handi-man for a couple of bucks?

It would probably vary depending on how I would stay abroad (I'm thinking around 1-3 weeks), but what steps or suggestions do you have to properly maintain your property when you're out of the country?
