My tenant is paying rent on time, but tenant in the other half says that the sister and her husband are "acting funny" and leaving their 3 kids alone for extended periods of time, perhaps a drug useage issue. 

We'd like advice on what areas of MB are the most profitable to invest in, and even more important, which areas to avoid because of crime, drugs, rundown or just too far from the beach and amenities that MB has to offer.

For example, there is "daily cleanup of the grounds" however there is now constant litter all over the exterior of the property - Drug dealing has now started happening on the property.  

If my tenant is selling drugs from his unit, can I evict or does he get a free pass?

The place did need a LOT of repairs but apart from that it was a drug house.

At first I thought he may be selling drugs.  

I have dealt with murder, drownings, houses burning down and letting the DEA in to bust a Columbian Drug Lord.

Drug dealing tenants in the front property destroyed the place and moved out.

Also if you have nice neighbors and you know there is drug activity at your place contact them if you haven't already.

If you find a 25K note and get a seller to agree to take 10K and then arrange a purchase from a dealer or anyone else say at 15K and they use that money at the settlement, you are not buying with your money, you are brokering.
