You'll need a solid educational foundation before you start.In the meantime, either get involved in real estate or business in some form.

Some banks even disallow a newly formed llc, for just this reason.

Modification usually involves some form of capitalization of the arrearage, plus, perhaps, a forgiveness of some of the arrearage.
