you can buy compression fittings at lowe's or home deport for this purpose.http://www.lowes.com/Pipe-Fittings/PEX-Pipe-Fittin...you can use them with all different pipe and tubing types, as long as the diameters match up.My recommendation could be to use PEX, it's more resilient, and easier to install (bendy, hooray).

I've budgeted for converting the half bath to a full bath.The drywall contractor that I am 99% sure that I am going with has quoted me $2660 to tear down the paneling and to install drywall. $2140 to install thinner drywall over the panels.

Those that come to mind immediately are the liability in transportation (house falls off and kills 20 people), installation (house does not sit well on new foundation), sales (new buyers squirm at fact that house was previously on a truck bed), title (I'm sorry... the house is WHERE now???)
