Hi BP Community,I'm starting out my learning path and I've read the Ultimate Beginners Guide and have been listening to the BP Podcast starting from the old episodes.

Given that the property is located in a C/C+ neighborhood with a tenant pool that may not be the best, and with many neighbors owning pets, I'm debating whether to replace the carpet with LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) flooring from the outset.I have a cat, and while he's generally well-behaved, there's a chance he might pee on the carpet if he feels threatened by other animals (read: if the other animal is inside the same living space as him).

I'd like to pay the minimum every month.I just finished reading Craig Curelop's book, amazing what he has done in the last couple years.

You have to be careful about asking about convictions as this has turned into the latest in class action lawsuits against landlords. 

I don’t quite believe her since I’ve read other people haven’t needed one and they do it themselves, but I wanted confirmation if this is right or not.
