There is so much information out there (in the forms of books, podcasts, youtube, internet in general) so I wasn't sure if anyone could recommend somewhere online that had it all localized in one spot.

I would not paint with broad strokes that smaller is better than larger lenders - it really depends on your location and the project. 

I think you'll see more macro effects of workers relocating to fast internet, cheaper COL states.

Just to highlight a few things that I have working for me that the typical newbie I don't think would have:I have access to costar, parcel quest and SandicorI have the ability to code python (aka scraping data from the internet)Any web coding, website maintenance, etc...

Most opportunities are easily accessible on the internet.

Ok, im so tired of scouring the internet reading articles and so much conflicting or off in the weeds information.Im looking at alot of foreclosures and REOs, i know you must perform a title search for leins and encumbrances.
