Seems to me it would be much wiser for a looney liberal judge to strike down the insertion of the Proposition on the ballot to begin with.A REPUBLIC watches out for the minorities while also listening and acting on the will of the majority.

Lots of good neighbors tend to drive crime away, and if you are on a solid block where the neighbors are watching out for you then you should be fine. 

But if you look at other global macro trends you see other things forming quicker and I won't get into that, but that doesn't mean this isn't coming.I'm very tempted for the first time ever to sit 100% cash and watch, I may do this as we enter first business week of June.
