I did enjoy watching it.What I have taken away from online reviews is that he, like many other guru's brings attendees into their shows promising riches only to pull the bait and switch and get them on the hook for much higher packages using high pressure sales tactics. 

i like selling. i watched a webinar on cameron dunlap and was sold... at the same time i found bigger pockets. while waiting on my products to come i'm using bp looking for an hard money lender to do a couple of deals in the NY and NJ area is this alot .

If you have 40 kids testing you see where this is going.Adults just generally their kids or significant other are watching the testing.

I've always wanted to do RE flipping since i was like 12 and i watched good ol armando montelongo on t.v , and well here i am today seeking a start. 

I would let the subs know it's there as a "security system" , not a "baby watch cam".

Special attention needs to be paid to the vintage ( year built ) of the property because older properties tend to have multiple things you have to watch out for ( lead based paint, knob and tube wiring, unpermitted additions and updates, asbestos, galvanized plumbing, etc.).
