A tenant will not have you best interest at heart.

Luckily, we had a back up property management company that has been absolutely incredible.To top it off, working in the swimming pool industry, we were absolutely swamped, so much so that I almost had a heart attack on 2 separate occasions because of the amount of stress.I had elected to focus on work until things slowed down.

Sooner or later, there's going to be a misunderstanding, the tenant is going to feel that you are ungrateful and unresponsive to his needs, when he has shown you nothing but gratitude and a giving heart, and your honeymoon will end.

This is a very big step for a newbie and it takes a lot of discipline and heart to jump in and drive to this extent.

The warm water helps relax muscles from sitting through endless Zoom calls, or just the stress of life.

They've been very problematic, but my parents hearts are sooooo soft because they have a zillion (8 or so kids).

I’ve probably had to do over 100 evictions in my career and while it does get easier there are still sometimes that it breaks your heart.

So solve the problem...this may be all it takes:"Simply open up the drain line clean out or T on your inside unit and pour a 50/50 warm water and bleach mixture OR warm water and vinegar solution through the line.
