Different neighborhood of course but I'd have to visit the locations to see if he's selling $20k properties in a $5k neighborhood or if they are good deals.

I flew out to South Carolina to visit my brother and his family and got a call that a small apartment complex had sewage backed up in to the bottom apartment.
