Now all this holds true for NNN, but those are basically bonds and leave you at the whims of the market.

You have all the true financial risk, the flipper is taking a risk on his time.  

As that becomes more and more true everywhere, that means that people who want $875k homes do not search for homes listed at $875k.

If we can't make this dream come true in Spain then we are also looking at moving to Florida, Saint Pete area.
