Her anticipated income would be around 2000 monthly.The other three siblings would not qualify for a mortgage on there own for reasons including already owning property that would make the debt to income ratio untenable and in one case troubled financial history.I am thinking that one solution would be for us to accept the property and then transfer it to either a trust or an LLC which would rent it to My sister untill she could qualify to buy the others share.

Personally I like equal bowl sizes, both deep.I still hand wash no idea why I even have a dish washer so I put all dishes on one bowl wash and transfer to the other bowl, then rinse and put on dish rack.

We use bank transfer, credit card and check for all payments, do not use cash, all online.Most of by utility bills are not on auto-pay, because we were afraid that if a tenant owes utility payment and the utility company will add them to our general bills if they could not collect it.

I just did a job transfer ( by choice family reasons) from huntsville alabama  the economy in huntsville is starting to really expand  so all those  people in those new jobs are going to need some type of housing   bottom line is look for markets where large employers have moved into  look at  ecconomic groath for your desired areas
